anyone here ever charged with trespassing?

Its an actual charge? You sure its not just a fine?
Ive been "charged" with trespassing twice for going to a rock quarry to cliffjump, both times at the same place and the ticket was only $70. Just a fine and its gone, dont think anything went on any kind of record

trespassing is on the same level as my petty larceny for 4$...

it stays on your record.. so get a lawyer and they shoud be able to drop i hopefully...

You should trespass too so they give you the death penalty for petite larceny and trespassing.

cool but the area i was in i wouldnt even known where to run at or hide..and these Police out here look for the smallest reasons to beat a brotha up...VPD and NJSP have afew lawsuits againist them for police brutality.

I got a trespassing charge when i was 16 because me and some of my friends took our fourwheelers in this guys cow pasture and messed around/chased cows/etc. I ended up getting not guilty because my moms a good lier. Had to pay 125 for court costs tho, AND i even called the DA a ***** during the hearing. Didnt know what the DA was, but i had just showed the judge pics of where we entered the property, and how we didnt destroy anything (the original charge was trespassing and them claiming we destroyed the fence, which we did) but the DA was still taking their side after i had "proved" we didnt destroy the fence.

You just showed up at a apt complex for a party no one invited you to? Get a F'ing life.

Find someone who lives at the complex and tell them you'll pay them $200 to show up at court with you and say you are freinds and you were visiting when you just heard this big party and decided to check it out just as the cops showed up.

Of course this is called misprison of perjury and would bump you up to a fellon if you get caught. The way things are going for you is very possible you'll get busted for this too.

Just pay the farking fine and get over it. You'll waste more money getting a lawyer that won't be able to do anything anyways. Tresspassing is a misdemeanor offense it's no big deal. Shit happens. You were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Stop biatching.
