Has anyone heard the 15" MTX RFL152? I bought mine 3 years ago and never had it installed... i was just curious if it would be worth it to keep or should i sell? thanks

lol yeah i heard that "really f*ckin loud" is what RFL stood for... it was my dream speaker when i was in high school but it was $1000 and i never had the money for it... so i bought it when i did... and all i have heard about it is that it gets REALLY loud but i have never heard one or seen a video of one...

If you dont compete I wouldnt use it.

ok thats what i thought .. i love lots of bass and deep bass... but i also want it to sound pretty good... so you think i should sell it on ebay for about $500 shipped or so? is that fair? i know they used to sell for $500 plus shipping on ebay a little while ago

im not positive but i think someone just sold one on here for about $350...not positive though

i have 2 15" RFL's sitting in my laundry room. i used them a long time ago with 2 Kenwood 1021's and they just plain wanged. Not alot of SQ tho

It's an SPL sub and nothing more. You need a whole lot of power to get it loud and it's pretty inefficient. I'd honestly get rid of it. Get yourself a nice daily set...and if you plan on competing...get a different set just for SPL.
