14 days ago I order this http://www.cardomain.com/item/SCOTA2048B and no answer if it was charge or not and why not?

I send over 10 email to the support and guess what? no answer ...

the S/H was free but if i knew this was going to happend I would have

pay for the shipping

I have had the same problem with a lot of these online stores.. You will get it, but, its just a matter of time.. I also vented on here about it and got smart *** remarks so enjoy..

call them. I had an issue with them a while back, and i tried email but they never responded, so you just call them and they'll fix it for you.

They sent me the wrong amp (instead of 95x2, it was 1980 x1) and since I wasn't an *** i told them about it and i returned it to them and got mine out of the first batch they recieved.

Their a good company though, shipping is ultra quick since their warehouse is 30 minutes away from my house //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif it is almost faster for me to order it, then drive down their and pick it up.

I try calling but can't really get trow ....... I hate this!!! I bought from cruchfield and it was fast and no harm what so ever

You ordered a +/- 200w amp and received a 2kW amp instead?

And sent it back?

They'll ship to where you are?!?

But aside from that you're dead-bang to rights on that one.

Nobody in the online electronics business has better CS than Crutchfield.

Nobody.

Having to pay retail pricing is a PITA to some people but you can't beat how Crutch treats you.

I don't know what's wrong, but my experiences with Cardomain have been great.

They typically e-mail you right away and let you know that your item has been shipped.

Also, the last time I started to order from them (by phone) they came right out and told me that they were moving wharehouses the following week and that it would be at least a week before the item shipped. I doubt there are many online companies that would say something like that knowing that they might miss the sale.

Forwarded it our customer care guys. Also, we weren't open July 4th, so that's probably why nobody picked up.
