Hi! I'm new to this forum and joined because I'm installing a new car tape deck myself and ran into a snag.
I'm planning on getting a more reliable car soon, so I didn't want to put lots of $ into the stereo system, and I've been happy enough until the tape deck malfunctioned. I bought the most inexpensive new one I could find online, a Pyramid 2706D. I'm all ready to wire it up and install, but instead of a positive and negative wire for each of my two speakers, the tape deck has only one negative wire for both. Can I solder this one wire to both the right and left negative speaker wire and expect it to work, or is there another way?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks,
