Anyone have anything against LANZAR's OPTIX10 active crossover?

I know that the brand in itself isn't what you'd call sought-after, but on paper it looks like it could satisfy my need to actively filter 2 sets of components. I need something for around 100 bones (new/used doesn't matter), and I'd prefer it in one package (ie; instead of using two 3-ways). My main concern is the "noise" that's often reported with budget crossovers. What do you more experienced folks think?

probably okay. i'd trust it. every now and then lanzar comes through //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
