I know people prefer to use sealed boxes for Bass Race cuse it's suppose to be easier to control.

I had a 15" Tempest is a 4 cube sealed box in a 95 ext can S-10. It was pretty loud, plus I only had 100 watts going to it. I was told by an adire tech once apon a time, that the smaller a sealed box is the more power it needs, and a large sealed box requires less power. Do not know if it is right, just what I was told. (about 4 years ago)
yes in a bigger box the power handling will decrease. and will take less power to get to full excursion

my truck will do a 139 on a new TL. four 10" mclass subs and 1100wrms.

i need more, lol.
