If you want a job doing manual labour, it shouldn't be difficult to find one. Hell, they're paying drywallers here like $15/hour + a generous amount of overtime ... You can easily make $3000/month ...
Most of my friends went to Alberta for the summer to go work in the oil fields. Most of them are making $25-$30/hour + overtime + free housing + free meals + living-out allowance + free flights to/from camp. My buddy just got back from his first month (3 weeks on, 1 week off) w/ just over $8000 ...
In both cases, you don't need any experience or education ... You just have to be able to meet the physical requirements of the job ...
