Anyone else using Arimatest??

I dont think its a miracle supplement, but it has worked very well for me so far especially with using it with creatine and whey.

ive heard of some nice gains to be had from this as long as its used in a stack.....i might switch up next month again on supplements im stuck in the old rut on the bench again....... stuck at a clean 380lbs down and hold then nice smooth controlled motion up and then rack (2 reps) i cant wait till i get my knee replaced so i can start hitting the lower body again been a few years since highschool and the powerlifting team...

that's good man, but to be 100% honest, i learned early that there is no such thing as a hard gainer, they are just poor eaters. I know you will say that you eat a shit load, but not the right foods at the right times. Diet is 60% of this game, 20% lifting and 20% rest - but without the proper nutrients your body won't have the fuel to grow.

another thing you need to be aware of - you have introduced additional test to your body, which means your natural production system has all but stopped; meaning once you stop supplimenting the intake your natural will have to start to produce, which can take a long time on its own; this will more than likely cause your body to go into a catabolic state, which means it will basically deteriate your muscle first that have just worked so hard to gain - sucks I know. So you really need to look into getting some clomid and clen and possibly nolvadex, but seeing as this is supposed to be non-aromitizing you shouldn't need it. The clen will help with keeping your body in anti-catabolic state and combined will allow you to keep more of your gains. I would also suggest to take at least 3-5 days off training once you have finished this "cycle" and give your CNS time to relax.

Good luck man!!!

In all honestly gaining weight for me is very difficult. Ive been eating 6 times a day for 4 years now for a total of around 3800-4500 calories/day, from healthy meals to fruit and of course fast food. Im a very active person and my job is pretty labor intensive, lots of walking/lifting. Someone mentioned I should get my thyroid checked out, which I will probably do within the next few weeks. I know of some others that are like me but when they hit around 27 years old they started to gain weight, but not me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I know if I quit smoking I will gain but that is very difficult for me as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

A few things I noticed using arimatest is that in about 15min I get this rush and tingling in my feet and I feel really great and feels like like when your about to get into a fight from adrenaline, it also has a pretty bad aftertaste to it. Also, I take 1 tablet about 20 min before workout and 1 before bed. When Im resting/watching tv or laying in bed my body just feels weird like muscle spasms but not painful almost like the muscles are healing, in the morning I feel fresh and great without any soreness at all. Gonna finish the month supply and take a month off and start the cycle again.

First, good start on the diet - but you may need more than that in caloric intake. Start adding 1 tbl spoon of 100% EVOO to your 3,4 and 5th meals. Add a slice of whole grain bread with peanut butter to your 1 and 2 meal. and drink a glass of whole milk prior to going to bed.

good idea - time on = time off - but like I said you need to get your natural production back up and running before you go on again.
