Yeah, Ant is the new owner of npdang. npdang is still there, but he's letting someone else worry about the forum from now on. npdang will just hang out just like the rest of us.

I'm just happy the Klippel machine is coming back.

Really, DIYMA is just getting big, and unfortunately, the new population doesn't have the culture of the old population. There's a lot less maturity, a lot more ignorance, and many folks coming to the site for answers don't really themselves take on the DIY approach. Many like to come there for the knowledge base but not all of the folks should stay if they don't have interest in the DIY path.

There are quite a few good car audio forums, and I'm a member of several. DIYMA for me has a specific purpose. It's like Realm of Excursion has a certain focus, its own culture, and own history.
