nice lift man, torn rotator cuff and I don't do flat bench any more - not that I cld ever lift that much, but not so much in to powerlifting myself - nvrtheless, good lift!!ive heard of some nice gains to be had from this as long as its used in a stack.....i might switch up next month again on supplements im stuck in the old rut on the bench again....... stuck at a clean 380lbs down and hold then nice smooth controlled motion up and then rack (2 reps) i cant wait till i get my knee replaced so i can start hitting the lower body again been a few years since highschool and the powerlifting team...
that's good man, but to be 100% honest, i learned early that there is no such thing as a hard gainer, they are just poor eaters. I know you will say that you eat a shit load, but not the right foods at the right times. Diet is 60% of this game, 20% lifting and 20% rest - but without the proper nutrients your body won't have the fuel to grow.ive been about 135lbs till about 3 months ago and im 30 yrs old //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Im really a hard gainer, tried weight gainer powder for a month and started using creatine and whey at first gained about 10 lbs than hilt a hault in lifting, a friend at the gym told me to try this arimatest stuff and now im 158lbs and as of yesturday pressing 200lbs 7 reps of 6 and climbing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif The arimatest has help with the extra reps, so im continuing the creatine, arimatest and whey for now.
First, good start on the diet - but you may need more than that in caloric intake. Start adding 1 tbl spoon of 100% EVOO to your 3,4 and 5th meals. Add a slice of whole grain bread with peanut butter to your 1 and 2 meal. and drink a glass of whole milk prior to going to bed.In all honestly gaining weight for me is very difficult. Ive been eating 6 times a day for 4 years now for a total of around 3800-4500 calories/day, from healthy meals to fruit and of course fast food. Im a very active person and my job is pretty labor intensive, lots of walking/lifting. Someone mentioned I should get my thyroid checked out, which I will probably do within the next few weeks. I know of some others that are like me but when they hit around 27 years old they started to gain weight, but not me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I know if I quit smoking I will gain but that is very difficult for me as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
A few things I noticed using arimatest is that in about 15min I get this rush and tingling in my feet and I feel really great and feels like like when your about to get into a fight from adrenaline, it also has a pretty bad aftertaste to it. Also, I take 1 tablet about 20 min before workout and 1 before bed. When Im resting/watching tv or laying in bed my body just feels weird like muscle spasms but not painful almost like the muscles are healing, in the morning I feel fresh and great without any soreness at all. Gonna finish the month supply and take a month off and start the cycle again.
