Not really sure what you're talking about but whenever I've bought something its from a dealer so I don't have to wait for stuff to be shipped. And whenever I've had to send something in for service (which has been one deck 3 years ago) it was back in less than 3 weeks. The main reason mainstream has alot of fvckups is because they simply have HUGE customer bases. NOT because they are any worse than smaller companies. Like I always have and always will say, everyone buys what they want and if the product they're waiting for is worth the wait then go for it. But don't act like this guy being lied to is ok, because its NOT acceptable business practice. But to each his own.HAHA that is FUNNY, you must have had what 1 good deal, mainstream has so many f-ups its not funny, this is like the second bad RE customer service complaint i have heard , i still give them props to what i have read
Lol, I know I may be really sounding like a dick to you right now, but just think about if you were in my situation? You know you'd be pissed off too. I'm not calling you a bad company or anything, i know you have good products, i'm just ticked off about the service that i got and how your employee's outright lied to me, i'm sure that part prolly pisses you off also...Sometimes I wish I could.

From what I've heard on this forum there has been WAY more positive than negative. RE will learn from and improve by negative feedback more than they will the positive. But all in all you had every right to be pissed but now it seems your sub is on the way. I would just not worry about what RE may or may not be thinking at this point and get ready to enjoy your new sub.
