True, but they still have some customer service issues to work out. Other than that, they are a good company. Customer service accounts for alot in my book though. If I were some of these people that waited a month or 2 for a sub, then I probably wouldnt ever buy from them again, reguardless of how good the company is, but thats just my opinion. No disrespect to re at all.They cannot please every single customer out there.
If you try starting a business with your main goal being to please every single customer, you will fail.
There will ALWAYS be customers that are not pleased with your actions/decisions/whatever.
