Anyone Else Have Problems With RE?

They cannot please every single customer out there.
If you try starting a business with your main goal being to please every single customer, you will fail.

There will ALWAYS be customers that are not pleased with your actions/decisions/whatever.

True, but they still have some customer service issues to work out. Other than that, they are a good company. Customer service accounts for alot in my book though. If I were some of these people that waited a month or 2 for a sub, then I probably wouldnt ever buy from them again, reguardless of how good the company is, but thats just my opinion. No disrespect to re at all.
