Anyone else Drive like a Granny due to Gas Prices?

im in a 2001 tacoma

you can tell i USUALLY drive like a grandma lol. also no highway for this beast, then it wastes gas.

Dropping down about 15mph on the interstate for me gains me about a 40% increase in gas mileage...its crazy

when i have subs i drive slower because the added 400lbs definitly doesnt help mileage. not to mention the 140hp dragging almost 5,000lbs doesnt really work well for speed.

Word. I'm carrying a lot of weight for my lil civic. I want to get a smaller box made just for MPG.

Average day I drive MAYBE 5-10 miles, thats to and from work and maybe to the store... so i would not notice much of a difference if i did drive slow

Indeed, motorcycles are great for that. Can still ride like a jackass and get great gas mileage.
