Whats the difference between EET and EE. They only have a EET degree here in corpus and I was gonna get that. Is it worth moving to get the EE?
EET is not near as in depth theoretically. You learn the basics of everything but don't get down to the nitty gritty of alot of things, such as the high level math involved in certain concepts.

There is MUCH more money available with an EE degree as opposed to an EET, particularily if you earn a master's degree. PhD's are worthless unless you plan to teach.

Lol, everyone hates thermo. So far worst class ever. The professor that teaches thermo does heat transfer. I have seen so many people fail those classes. Professor is very hard. She does 2 tests and a final. It's do or die.
Heat transfer is cake. After you're through thermo and all of the circuits class, it's fun from there on out.

Most of my classes are 1 test, or 1 essay.

yep. got a few next friday. not looking forward to it one bit. but then i get to sell my books back. so there is a very good possibility i will be in the classifieds section of CA.com. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I spent $500 on books, and will prolly get $40 back.

My calculus book had a new edition released, so no one is buying my edition anymore. The rest of my books, with the exception of English and History, I'm keeping for future classes and for references.

I have never sold any of my engineering books since I started. No sense, they always lowball you and it's never worth it. I have also in the past borrowed some books from friends ftw. Books are expensive.

I just finished mine yesterday. The two I had yesterday were:

Aircraft Stability and Control

Aerospace Senior Design- presented to the Army on micro unmanned vehicles

I graduate next Sunday with a degree in Aerospace Engineering... and my GPA ain't too shabby either, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif.

I started looking at getting my Master's this afternoon. Considering getting it in rotorcraft, aerodynamics, liquid propulsion, or acoustics.
