anyone crossover question

no no . ok helotaxi here is what i meant stock speakers are out nothing in front doors now except for the stock speaker wires (wires that used to have stock clip on them in which stock speaker used to be in there). What im asking is do i use those wires at all? cause tweeter + & - to Tw on crossover got that , Input speaker wires coming off amp + & - i got that , Att (don't use) , Wf woofer + & - to that on crossover. Now is that right? so i dont use the orignal wires for the stock speakers at all tape em off shove em in the doors?

Oh ok that is what i thought thanks wrenchguy finally someone makes me unconfused:D. thanks man appericate it. i wonder how the fck that Att works though.

Its commonly a tweeter control. The 3 is a db boost. 0 is usually good. Depending on location if the tweeter is too harsh set it to -3 if the tweeter isn't quite bright enough set it to +3. I don't know what yours has but that is the most common with passive components. Get the idea?

yeah mine just says Att i believe though. but i would have to check. i plan on putting my tweeter's up in the A-pillar.
Don't permanently install them til you try both on and off axis. Listen one way for a bit then switch to see what works best. Your gonna get reflections from the windshield.

Kickpanel, dash, high in the door, next to the mid. All kinds of places that the tweet can go.

If the output is simply labeled ATT its probably a -3dB output. It simply adds a resistor in line with the tweet to lower the amount of power actually getting to the tweet which quiets it down a bit.
