anybody know what is wrong with my amp

i have a directed 1100d refurbished from ike sound got it like 4 days ago i installed set it upthe gain was all the way down as was the bass on my head unit it worked great then today i went to getin my car turned on the radio and the bass started going nuts even with the volume on zero and i mean nuts **** near made my speaker explode sub sonic filter on set to between 60 and 80 hz with the gain all the way down and no bass boost it even did it with no rca wire plugged in anybody got any ideas im going nuts trying to figure this out

that happend when i was at best buy listening to amp/sub combos, the guy told me the amp was fried... soooo i think the same situation applys to you mayby

SSF should be WAY lower than that, or even off if you are running a sealed box.

IkeSound warrenties all of their refurbished products, so just give them a call and find out about getting a refund/new amp.
