Don't underestimate Americans, when we actually care about it and do something we will be fine. It's just a matter of how long that will take. Hopefully it won't be 8 years but no one really knows. Right now it is helping me, i have a secure job trying to buy a house at 21. Longer the market is down more i can save towards something i want.

i would still call the collection agency, im sure they can work some kind of reasonable payment plan out for you.

im tired of credit card bills...ready to get these bi thces paid off so i can keep some money in my pocket...nothing terrible only owe like $600 but its still a pain..thats 2 credit card bills a month, insurance is $135 a month, and cell phone is $50....And i usually figure out a way to pay these without having a job. Ive been working the past week or so so hopefully i can stay busy and pay my bills

ya, people have so many more things to pay for now then they used to. anything that didn't exists 10 years ago, internet/cell bills to the masses has created a whole other part of our surplus of spending. can't think of anything else right now little tired

I'm pretty much broke. I spent all my loan money by Febuary...got paid 1300 a week ago. and im down to like 850 now. Bah.

Oh and 600 of that goes to rent.

insurance is a dam rip off for one...i wish i would of took a drivers education course now. I got a quote for my pos 73 maverick 4 door v6 and it was $105 a month in nc with liabilty and $210 in sc with liability..however that works

Things are here bad also . Job economy sucks. I got a job thankfully but money is real tight most towards gas but now i gotta get a new rear end for my truck , insurance and so much more.
