ANy way to fix an over extended sub?

What do you mean by over extended? Is it stuck at full xmax? Please explain. I am a lil confused

If you mean torn suspension try silicone rubber sealant on both sides. You'll probably need to take the cone off.

Ya it is stuck at full xmax. It can go in but it hits on something. Im not sure what it hits. It makes scratching noise. When plugged in as long as i puch o nthe dust cap it will play fine but when i release it over extends again and sounds really bad. The suspension isnt torn that i can see. Its out of the enclosure. It plays fine when you press it in....something is scraping...
