Any tips on foaming my rear hatch?

I had a sample sent to me so I could see if the odor messed me up, it did! I am have a chemical sensitivity so I can't use it but it might not bother you. I am going to sound proof also but I need to be careful what I use. Here is a link to the guy I am working with, read all about it and his approach.

I emailed that guy to get his opinion.

I think his system is a good one but like I said, I can't use that foam. I am going to go with the tiles, the MLV & still to be figured out material to replace the CCF.

I forgot to mention earlier that he will send you a sample pack that has samples of each material.
