Any thought's on MB Quart DSC480 amp

Just curious on how good this amp really can be .The price just seem to good to be true.Has anyone had any experience with this amp.Will it run 3 channels and hows the SQ on it?

you have like 5 threads on this if you want a warranty look on onlinecarstereo.com if you wonder why it is so cheap look where you are buying it. ebay no warranty and prolly b stock or something.
