Any subs that work in small ported enclosures?

They'll be fine. Use aeroports and reverse mount them to eliminate driver displacement if you can.
If not, you'll still be fine.
Can't reverse mount as I won't be able to get the box in the trunk.

So if I went areoports, what size ports? 4"? 6"?

One 6" aero about 21" long should do the trick. That will actually be 3 cubes net tuned to 32hz.
So let me make sure I got this correct. rl-P 12's need a min of 20 in^2 per sub of port area. So 40 total.

a 6" areo-port is 28.28 in^2 of area. But the fact that it is flared means I can get by with less port area right?

If I went with 21" long. Do I need to port on the same surface as the subs and make a 90* turn? or could I go on a side wall and be able to go the whole length without the need for turns?
