Any subs comparable to a 13w7? Want a new setup.

I know what you mean. My last setup was 2 15's sealed in a 4 cu ft enclosure and was taking up most of my trunk. I wanted that back so I went with 1 12" ported this time around. I am not disappointed.
I think you will be happy with either.
the SX is also a mean 12 off anything over 1200w

Also very heavy... lol. I mod my car for performance mainly. I think that much weight would be very detrimental. That's why I'm leaning toward the 12.
its a mazda6, come on lol its not going to go that fast, but it can sound good going slow!

I think you should look at a 12'' Fi BL and get a well built box tuned around 35-38hz. I have a 10'' BL and it gets very loud for (1) 10''. The BL is meant to get loud first while retaining decent sq. It's by no means a sq sub but it sounds just fine on everything I've played in my truck. The AQ 1200 will be a perfect match for it.

Wow those FI BL's are amazing. I was just watching some Youtube videos of them lol. However, I think the HDC3 will have better SQ than the BL, and it's also much cheaper. Now I just need a box lol.

**** now I'm going back to the Fi BL 12". It's just a bit more expensive so I'm hesitant, but I think it will be worth it in the long run. Out of all the subs I have looked at, I have narrowed it down to...

1. FI BL

2. HDC3

3. FI Q

Now here it goes.... FI BL I have learned is a LOUD sub that maintains SQ decently. HDC3 is a decently loud sub, but the sq in the lows suffers. Then, the FI Q is GREAT for SQ, but isn't as good in the SPL department.

I listen to mainly bass-heavy hip-hop/rap, with rolling lows, etc. so I think I'm going to have to hit up the BL on this one. AQ1200 + BL12 should sound pretty good. Thanks to everyone (especially jmanpc, spencer321, cjcrook) who helped me out with this. I don't feel so clueless anymore haha.

Lets say no to SQ and get 3 RE SE's

the music you listen to has NO SQ to speak of. ANY of the subs you listed will reproduce it just fine. HDC will sound just as good as a Q or BL if the box is right and the amp/EQ is tuned properly. I have HDC's and a Q, so I've done plenty of comparisons on every type of music.

I'd do 2 12" SDC2.5's off the 1200D in 4cubes @ 38Hz. That would be a KILLER budget set up and be louder then any of the single sub set ups you're considering.
