how long has it been since the incident your pressin charges for against him? Is there some deal where if its so long you can't do anything? Im not sure, it's just a question I had. Now why is it that your pressing charges on him finally, because your ex-wife made you mad? I understand why you would at the time, because the occurance, but waiting until someone else made you mad? I'm just asking, not trying to start something.

well i was actually thinking about that exact question the other day.....cause im not the spitefull type.....but the answer to that is the reason why im doing it now is because at the time i didnt do it because i was trying to maintain good friendly relationship w/ my ex wife.....i didnt want to do anything to make things harder for her.....its been bothering me for the entire time......especially seeing as he disrespected me in front of my son.......and what kind of example would i be setting for my son if i didnt take any action? show him that its ok to let people walk all over you?.....sorry....but i can no longer sit by and let anyone disrespect me the way he did me......so in effect....this has nothing to do w/ her......
