Any ideas to save this frame?

alright.. i will post pics and explain along the way

first- lets start with a group shot of some frames, shall we?

this is a new frame.. uncut

this is how i wanted the frame cut (notice its drilled for a hex screw, also the bottom of the frame is machined flat)

this is what my father in law did when i asked him to take it to a machine shop to have what i wanted done.. done.. ******* do it yourselfers

it is cut very ragged and FAR to large for the ring

a comparison-

any idea how to save this frame? or is it junk

nah.. he is my father in law.. cant do that man.. they help us out already chalk it up to a learning experience.

ook... frames is what you look for when you are shopping for them at parts houses.. baskets is what the general consumer calls them same thing, different names
