Fair price? 3x PG xmax10 in custom box (pics)

Local guy is selling this:

I need some space in the garage. I have been storing this sub box and it's time to go. This was a SQ competition box that was in my Typhoon wihen I won second place at the IASCA World Finals in the Pro 600+ class with this setup. The box slides in the back and bolts to the existing hold downs in the floor. It comes with three PG X-Max 10" custom built subs. The front is angle to the rear seatback and boxed for an amp rack. The covers are finished in Typhoon matching leather like vinyl. The speakers are set in a matching painted JL tri-plate. A digital volt meter and amp temp meter included. This was a high dollar setup.
If anyone is interested and can pick it up within the next week it goes for $400.

The neat thing about this box is that you can put plugs on the power and audio lines and remove the the box during the times you don't want it in the truck.

No amps are included.. but I already have a JBL 1200.1 and a Lightning Audio S4.600 Amp

I currently have 2x Adire Tempests subs and they seem to be too much bass for me know, and wanting to get more into SQ. BTW, I have a Typhoon also so this would fit perfect.

Will your amps fit on that amp rack? If they don't without butchering the box/rack then whats the point?

The JL Tri-plate is pretty cool. Don't see those very often.

The subs are pretty good. Not the greatest but better than a lot of cheap crap out there. Going to depend what on what condition they're in.

Other than those things it's just a box, with a flat board on top, wrapped in vinyl. Not too terribly special.

A side note:

Everyone says "I never abused these subs" or "the gain was never past 50%" etc etc...I call BS. MOST subs get abused eventually. Just like all V8 Camaros and Mustangs get ran hard once in awhile. And as far as the gains on the amp I could care less. Maybe 50% was too high for this situation? IMHO speakers are mechanical and wear out over time. A used speaker has almost no value to me. Especially a subwoofer.
