Any help for a new guy on a box design?

Hello,I am building a new system....I just bought a HDC312-A and plan on putting it in my trunk.....I am working with dimensions of 16 tall 32 wide and about 24 or so deap...I am building it for spl mainly right now....

the amp ill be running to it puts out 3900rms at 1 ohm..

I had the subs built with aluminum coils instead of the copper and had it buit with dual 1 ohm coils so I can get that 1 ohm load...

Any love for the new guy would be awesome!

It has fold down seats so its not fully enclosed in the trunk....I would like it to be firing towards the interior..

Nooo I was gona fire the sub towards the interior and the port towards the rear.....Is this a bad idea?

you will have to do a wicked angle for it to work correctly. with only 14 inches tall to work with it aint much

UPDATE GUYS.....AFTER LISTENING TO COMMENTS I REMEASURED AND DECIDED TO GO WITH 2 12's INSTEAD.....NOW WITH THAT BEEING SAID..........

Im looking for a super slammin biggest spl design I can fit into that area......Im open to any ideas....Im up for big spl on this one.....

4 cubes @ 40Hz with 16^2 of port and a bunch of powe. Something like this one, but tuned a little higher:

I ran a port calculator with 4.0 cubes tuned to 40hz and it said with a 3" round to make it .78 long...? Is this right?

Anyone help me on a box design for these...Im thinking of a recetangle shape rearward facing..

the box has this for volume and freq.

box vol=4.3209

tuned frequency=40.150

Dual 1 coils will give you 2 ohm or .5 ohm final load not 1 ohm.

keep it as low as you can 13-14 inches tall and slide it all the way to the back to it will rear load. and i would go with a couple 4 inch ports......
