if you're into a unique sound, and stuff you've never heard before, get on iTunes and look up these 2 bands:

Pomegranates

All the Day Holiday

they are local bands from here in the Cincinnati, OH area, and are pretty da'mn good. They label themselves as "Christian" bands, but their music isn't Christian music. They sound kinda similar, but they both have a unique sound to them. They aren't really hard rock, more into the alternative category, but worth checking out for sure

Atreyu's new cd called "led sails paper anchor" is awesome for bass. It goes lower than some rap. Its a mostly singing, but a little screaming though. Just a little. I really recomend it. Heres some songs from it.
