Usually an auto parts store that also sells cheap car stereos will carry GM battery posts in a plated gold.

Maybe even Wal Mart.

mayb autozone will have some, or pepboys etc. dont 2 far out of your way your best to buy it on line and just wait the 3-5 days.

Any car audio shop better have then I keep 10 on hand at all times. We get runs of chevy and gm stuff a lot . We did 6 silverados in 1 day a couple moonths ago. Its very common. While your at it why not get on for your gnd post as well and up grade your chassis gnd too. Quick easy thing to do.

Dude,gtfo....look at your battery. There is a red connection right? The terminal has a 8mm bolt disconnect that from the battery. That nut can slide out of the red sleve with a flathead screwdriver. Take the new shinny post connector and put it whhere the old one was while making sure u reconnect the red sleve also....the connector has a second threaded bolt for you to connect your amps on. Also instead of running power wire across your firewall you can disconnect your wiper fluid container there are 2 10mm nuts hollding it onto your strut tower. You will see a big not used section of your fire wall for you to run you power swire through. Next go inside and pull the carpet back and drill a hole low in the fire wall close to where the firewall and floor meet and use a gromet to pprotect your wire from fraying.

im talking bout the chassis ground
