Hey im looking to build a sturdy box for my HD310.

These are the specs: 1.5 cu ft tuned to 38 hz the HD310 has about .15 displacement and I would like 2x4 bracing from top to bottom left to right and front to back

Are you serious? Look up the sub's specs, look under displacement, you're half done. Now find the area of a 2x4... 1.5 x 3.5 x length of the brace.... and you're done.

Well im not sure where to keep the port length when i'm changing the internal dimension with the bracing and sub displacement.
