another whats a good amp to buy on a budget....

Audiopipe does rated without clipping! Power is power, all amps are the same! Don't let those "ess que" companies lie to you, amps are amps and they amp the same! Those companies selling amps at over $1k each are all just scammers!
How have they stayed open for decades, you ask? Well, isn't it obvious? There are just sooo many people out there looking to spend $1k on amps that do the same power as those $100 amps. There's no difference in them at all.
Wow.

Don't tell me you're one of those sheep who believe all of these "signal to noise ratios" and those other pointless numbers we don't need to know matter? Because all that matters is the wattage, come on.
Before we get into this.... Are you serious? Lol. Because I can't believe someone would be that naive. So, I can only assume you're kidding.

Of course I'm kidding, but there is a large amount of people here that pay no attention to any other aspect of an amplifier than their power.

power is power but audio reproduction is what we use amps for. just because two different amps do the same "power" does not mean they cover the same bandwidth and sound the same while producing such power. its like saying a cobalt rides as good as a cadillac. quality of components and power supply of the amp may make a difference also.

on the mini amp thing.....not impressed. convenient if space is a major issue otherwise nope...not yet. local shop said the american bass does about half rated and is the same guts as the massive mini amps. i think he said they tend to drop off a good bit at lower frequencies too. he tested an american bass 4000 in his vehicle vs saz 1500d. he said saz was much better.

Shh. It was sarcasm.

Dude buy a HU. You are not going to like going through the stock. It *****! Even a cheap POS HU is better than running through a stock radio.
Easier said than done sometimes. A shop near me wants 300 to install a new deck in my car because it involves a lot of custom work.

Whew. Lol. That was going to be a long debate. And usually a fruitless one.

I can talk to the AP nuthuggers till I am blue in the face and I don't even make a dent.

My favorite amp I used to run my pair of Type R's was the Elemental Designs Nine.1, the eD version is no longer in production, but the same amp is being sold as the Avionixx CXD 2800M now if you really wanted new.
