Compare all of these against Two atlas 12's in 1 cube each sealed getting 330rms each. if it will be louder, how much louder will it be?

2 12" CompVR. 1.5 sealed each, 1000 tms (gain turned down)

1 12" Magnum original. 2.6 @ 33Hz, 1000 rms

1 15" Brahma. 2.6 @ 33Hz, 1000 rms

1 15" RL-P. 2.6 @ 33Hz, 1000 rms

1 12" L7. 2.6 @ 33 Hz, 1000 rms (gain turned down)

1 15" Avalanche. 2.6 @ 33Hz, 1000 rms

Can you guys please order these from loudest to least loud as best as you can.

and also please compare to the two atlas 12's

it's all install dependant. if the L7 was a 15 ported i would say that would be loudest. the rl-p's have good spl capabilites. it's really a toss up. glad too see someone thinking about a magnum //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

There is no way we can actually tell you which will be louder. As mentioned the install determines that.

But we can give you our opinion on which driver we would choose.

You have a lot of very different drivers listed. Some are better suited for a SQ install and some are more suited for SQL/SPL install.

Personally I would choose the Brahama or RL-p out of the listed.

L7 would fit the bill. They get very very loud. tune it to 37 hz

lol. a 37Hz tuning is too much for me.

i had a 15L7 @ 39Hz in my old car and it was very loud, but SQ wasnt really there.

i have about 2.6 Net @ 33Hz.

am i correct in assuming a 12L7 in htis enclusore would be better than a 15L7 sealed?

So do you want SQ or not? And I listen to rap/hip hop, and I need SQ...

L7 ported to 32hz will give a cleaner responce than a 37hz tunning. Output will be decreased though...

My vote goes to the Brahma. Someone is selling a Mk1.5 15 in the classified for DIRT cheap. I was gonna buy it but I want a new sub with warranty. It's on the second or third page of the classifieds by now.

i had my rl-p's tuned to 39 hz. daily and i listen to rap. they had very good output and they still maintaned good sq, but not as good as when they were at 32 hz. but still good.

my main question was how well will all these compare to my atlas 12's in terms of spl.

particularly interested in the magnum.
