last time i checked raccoons were no bigger than about 25 pounds. It kinda looks like a rhino with no horn. It looks like a water animal though because it doesnt seem to have toes or anything, or even feet.

its probably a dead raccoon thats been in the water for a while, and bloated/ distorted

you should see how weird and big a human is when found dead in the water for a long time.
