shouldve kerfed the back where you have the 2 ports touching , then it wouldve been uber sexy

very nice craftsmanship! Would 45 degreeing the corners taken too much port space? HOw do you calculate the port area with those flares! lol

That's really 3.2 cubes after port area? Looks really small.

This was my first flare port so I havent got it all figured out yet. I will probly 45 the inside corner of the port that isnt rounded. I guess I will keep learning as I build more. Thanks for the suggestions fellas

the 45's are there to help maintain the same port area through a bend, namely the width. I would have definately put a couple in there.

I draw them up on sketchup to see what the appropriate size would be..To maintain desired port width.

Box looks good tho.
