haha my friends been pistol whipped in his own house for no reason (the cop thought he was breaking and entering....supposedly) , GOD i love michigan cops.....

I dont see the racisim here... You have tinted windows, cop SMELLED alcohol, and wanted to peek in your car. Its pretty common practice. Plenty of cops pull people over in the wee hours just to peek in the car and smell for weed, alcohol, etc. IMO, cop was doing his job and doing it well. Perhaps a bit overboard on the field sobriety tests but so be it. As for the no tickets, If he followed you long enough, he can get SOMETHING to write you on. Just depends on how creative he wanted to be.
