Another Cop Thread

Friday night/ Saturday morning I was on my way to drop two of my friends off after we had left the bar. I was the DD and the other two were drunk but not horrible. So I about get to my one friends house and cop is following me and pulls me over. I say whatever wasn't doing anything wrong and i'm not drunk so I don't have anything to worry about. Cop comes up after shining his light through my windows looking at us, I roll the window down and already have my licenses, registration, and proof of insurance ready for him and he proceeds to tell me he pulled me over for going 49 in a 45 and because my windows were too tinted. So he goes back to his car to run it. He comes backup and starts to be a big time doucher because he had already seen everyone in the car and stuck his head in the window and looked at my friend in the backseat. Then he tells me to roll the window down because my friend in the back is making him nervous basically just because he was black. Cop asks him what he has on his lap and it was pretty obvious it was a pizza box because it said Pizza right on the top but whatever we get past that and he asks me to comeback to his car to talk to him so I go back. I get back there and he said he basically just did it to see if the alcohol smell would go away since it was strong in my car from the other two. Then he asks me to blow to see if I had anything to drink. I blow 0s and then he has me do the f'in pen tests after I had already blew 0s. Then another come comes up and sticks his head in the window and proceeds to tell me I'm gonna have to blow again but in a complete dick attitude. So I blow again just wanting to go home seeing as they have kept me over 30 mins by this time and it's going on 4 in the morning. So after I blow 0s again they say I'm gonna have to walk a straight line to make sure that I'm not drunk. Now at this point I'm getting pissed because it's getting out of hand. But I walk the line just fine and he tells me I can go back to my car. Go back and he comes backup and he tells me he's not gonna write me a ticket for going 4 over and my windows too tinted. Now what I later found out a ticket for 4 over is basically just a warning. It's NO fine and NO points so it's pointless and also he didn't have the test to see the percentage of my tint only state patrol do. So I got kept for over 45 mins for not a **** reason.

Cliffs:

Got pulled over for windows too tinted and going 4 over

Shows obvious racism towards my friend

Kept having to do different sobriety tests

Just kept getting harassed

Kept for over 45 mins with no ticket or anything

Found out later he was basically not able to ticket me for the tint or speed

I've had a much worse last week dealing with the police. I don't feel like posting it all out but I was harassed last night. I hate the sheriff's department here. Every other local cop is nice but these sheriffs are assholes.
