Another Box "Help me" thread

Nights and nights of this and I cant do it anymore. Ive been messin with the sub enclosure programs and they are just frustrating me more than anything else. Please for the love of god end my pain.

Dims: 13.5"h x 48"w x 15.5"d

Two RE SX 12's (at extremeties of box)

Single Square port in center that Tees off inside (12"x4") or (12"x3")

Tuned to 32hz

Sub Displacement = .16 cuft

I keep finding things like correcting for sub displacement volume and port volume and its driving me mad. I guess I just want a box that nobody else has.

How long does my port need to be???

K, ive been playin around with some stuff and ive got this far, can anyone tell me if im heading in the right direction.

Box outside 13.5x48x15.5

.75 MDF

displacement is .16 per sub (so .32)

desired freq = 32hz

gross vol = 4.201

net vol = 3.785

Port Length 19.95"

Port Size 3x12"

RE specs 3.8 cuft for the SX at 32hz. So I should be on target then right? That port length seems awful short
