Android double DIN

Does anyone have one that they can recommend? I am doing a custom install so actual size does not matter - I will build around it. I see there are many, 4.4, 5.1, 6.0. Does that even matter? I think I want something with at least a volume knob and not completely touch screen. I understand capacitive is the way to go.

I would look on xda developers forum(https://forum.xda-developers.com/android-auto). I was looking at the top units like joying, pumpkin, Ownice. I wouldn't buy a no name one off of ebay. Hopefully you haven't got one yet and if so make sure it has 2 gb ram. That's one thing I've found out for sure on the Android head units. I actually just took the plunge and bought a Soundstream vrn-dd7hb. It's the new dual screen unit. It's so new it isn't even out yet but shipping soon.
