Amps won’t power on.

I have 13 volts at both positive inputs on amps, I checked remote wire voltage at back of head unit and got 12 volts. The problem is my remote wire voltage at the amps themselves is extremely low like 0.117 volts. What would cause that?

Is that remote wire out of the amp reading .117? Or with it plugged into the amp reading that low?

Replace the wire.
