Hi guys,

Im new. I have a question. I have not had a decent car stereo in like 10 years. Back when I was messing with it before, I had hifonics amps and they were absolutely phenominal...

What i am curios about is whether or not they are still a serious company...I know they have been bought and sold once or twice, etc...

Are the 1kw and 2 kw amps really that powerful or is it just marketing??

I am looking for really great amps that arent stupid expensive...high current and real power coupled with low ohm stability...

What do you guys like?

hifonics is still pretty good. thats what i have been using for amps for years. they usually do at least close to rated wattage.

ya on a budget they will work well also the opti line from lanzar but only the opti line

I've heard only good things about Hifonics amps and I know they are 1 ohm stable.

they wont put out rated power but around there. if your on a budget pick em up
