Amplifier Wiring Help

My question is.. Say I have a one 2-ohm DVC subwoofer wired down to 1-ohm. If the amplifier was able to provide the power, would I later be able to simply add another 2-ohm DVC subwoofer wired down to 1-ohm in the other amplifier channel, with both subwoofers running at 1-ohm? Or would they then have to be wired together?

It's a MB Quart ONX1.2000D

◦4 ohms: 650 watts x 1 chan.

◦2 ohms: 1300 watts x 1 chan.

◦1 ohm: 2000 watts x 1 chan.

2 d2 subs will need to be wired at 2 ohms on that amp.if you want to wire 2 d2 subs at 1 ohm each ,thats .5 ohms ,and you'll need a different amp .and the electrical to back it

So you're saying the two cut the overall impedance in half? Say I wired them both at 4-ohms a peice, in seperate channels, would that equal in them both being at 2-ohm loads?

pretty much , but the amp isnt a 2 channel amp.it just looks that way ,its a mono block amp

Yea, I wasn't meaning my amp in specific. I was just confused about wiring in multiple channels

the terminals are internally connected .it just makes it easier to wire up more subs that way
