The car stereo shop by my place has one, it is huge.

Can I run that on stock 100a alternator, factory battery, and 8ga wire? I do have a 150a fuse?

Naaah you only need 12ga. power wire to get power from your iPod

Cool, I have a couple extra ipod cables. I like I have about 6ft in total so the amp would have to be mounted under the hood.

Yes you sure can, you can also watch the wire melt and smolder... and potentially catch your car on fire depending on how your wiring is run. You can watch and hear your alternator sequel as it starts to break down and your battery.. eh we can just watch in amazement as it life is ****** out of it within seconds. So yes you can.. but it isn't advised.... but I would love to see it. Now back under your bridge el trolleo.. before I get out the torches and pitchforks.

So... let me get this straight, your looking for a pair of amps, that make full power at two ohms, and that you can strap at 1 ohm???

I am looking for either.. two amps that do around at least 3k @ 2ohms each one per sub....or one massive amp that does around 6k @ 1 ohm for both subs... or two strap-able amps that can run around at least 6k @ 1 ohm while strapped. Why is that funny?
