I have a orion hcca d5000 and two dual voice coil 4 ohm orion 10" hcca's with frequency range of 30 -250 hz. What freq should I set the amp's lpf and hpf to maximize the performance of these woofers. It also has an intelli q freq, should I match this setting with the lpf or the hpf, thanks for any help.

The crossover should be wherever it blends in with your frontstage best.

Theres no magic setting that applies to all installs.

Set the high pass to 30hz and set the low pass to 80hz or somewhere around there.

Frequency response of the sub is rated in a free air enviroment not in a box. What box are you going to use for these 2 subs ?
