Amplifier Question

I have read many reviews on this amp and have only seen good things. It has 3X40A fuses in which I was always told to take 14.4Vxthe total fuse amps and that is arounf the rated power to expect for the amp.

Here is the amp, let me know your opinion or experience please

250Watts @ 4 Ohms

500Watts @ 2 Ohms

1000Watts @ 1 Ohm

Voltage x Current does equal Power but that's assuming 100% efficiency. No amplifier is 100% efficient and most will oversize their fuses because you don't want your amplifier running the fuses that close to their failing point. I don't know anything about that amp in particular but just figured I'd let you know that fuse rating doesn't mean squat when it comes to output power, any manufacturer can throw giant fuses on an amp that doesn't produce crap just to make it look better.
