Amplifier Power Light Flashing On And Off

I can't seem to figure out why my power light keeps flashing on and off slowly. The amplifier is a JL Audio 300/4, and I am wondering if it is a bad amplier or if it is gonna just be a wiring issue.

If anybody could help with some info on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

Is the amp itself powering on and off or just the light flashing?

Check your remote lead with a DMM, i think Positive to Remote, negative to amp negative should get around 12 volts.

amp is probably toast, common problem on jl slash series
