Yes, you just use the factory speaker wires. But you need a line out converter (LOC). It converts your speaker wires to rca connectors. You can find cheap ones at wal mart for like $10

 
you can do it but it is a lot more to do then just hook up the speaker wires to the line out converter, it is a lot more time consuming then running an amp off a aftermarket HU, you must also run a remote wire for the amp bc the facter HU wont have one that involese running a second much smaller (like 16 gauge) fused wire off the battery and to a switch and then to the remote spot on the amp also it take a bit of adjusting on the amp to get the sound right when using the converters for the RCAs.

This tested well on youtube - not familiar with the brand but it is a pretty standard china build house amplifier...

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
