amp voltage problem

I have a question on amp voltage. We have a profile ca600 we are trying to set the gains on. Power in 12.45 volts, running 14.3 volts, rca 1.5 volts, now the problem, 7.2 volts on the left channel, -39.2 on the right channel, -25.2 bridged. Why am I getting negative reading on the right channel? When we hook the speakers up and they sound good been running that way for a week

1.) you are measureing DC, not AC.

2.) you are almost certainly measuring millivolts.

3.) the DC offset of a typical amplifier is near 50mV.

4.) the probes may not be accurate at these low mV ranges.

you should measure RCA, right channel, left channel, and bridged channels as AC Voltages.
