just so i can get a better idea of what to look out for...looking for a 4ch to run some phoenix gold rsd 6.5" comps, and a rockford fosgate p210s4 sup (200watts RMS). im a little confused as to how it would work though...say i were to get the alpine mrp-f450 with the specs:

RMS Power (at 14.4V THD+N, 20Hz-20kHz)

Per channel into 4 ohms: 70W x 4 (0.08% THD)

Per channel into 2 ohms: 100W x 4

Brigded 4 ohms: 200W x 2 (0.3% THD)

im guessing since id run the sub at bridged id get 200watts to the sub, but what about the other 2 channels for the comps? how much wattage would they be getting? oh yea...and looking to spend upwards of $150. ill definately take used/refurb if needed.

You should find an amp that will put out at least 120wrms per channel for those PG comps. Many people on here give them tha much, or more, and they sound great. They can definitely take it. And bridge the rear channels for your sub.

Kicker kx650.4 for $170 (refurb) is a good choice.
