Amp switch

If I hook my amp up so that it runs all the time and hook a switch up to it to turn it on and off will it mess up my battery?

cause its kinda a stupid question to ask...Why would it hurt it, its not like ur doing something potientally bad for ur amp.

But i would rather be safe than sry... ur good man/

I only asked because I have a wire connecting the remote wire spot on the amp to the power wire spot on the amp

thats fine, but the amp is gonna stay on all the time.

just put that switch in and ur all set
