Okay, i have a dual 2ohm Fi Q18 subwoofer with the cooling options, p chamfer, spider and internal lead. I have it running at 1 ohm on a Hifonics Hfi 1500 monoblock. Im looking to sell my hifonics and get a bigger amplifier. Maybe a 3000 watt or so. I have my sub in about a 9 or 10 cube ported box. I am only looking for another mono block amp but not trying to spend $500 on one. What are some of the best amplifiers for under this price range??

^ agreed. check out the Pure Audio 3k, OP. it only has one set of speaker terminals just as a heads up. you can also check out the CT Sounds amplifier lineup. i have the CT 125.4 and it's great.

I've always been extremely happy with the RF Power series. The T1000 can put out a good 1500rms and definititely kills mys HiFonics BRZ 1700. If you can find a T1500 used I'm sure you could really do some power with that.
