smallest amp i've used was the xtant 1.1 they were only 100 watts though. used 1 for each side, so 200 watts total up front. i wish i still had them.

Alpine PDX 4.150 is perfect size and power - but even at ebay its above your price range.

look into the new rockford punch amps. They are quite small and put out alot of power

pdx just for the size alone. You might get more power from the RF though. But then again, it's only the Punch series

PDX Hands down. I haven't used them, but I have used the new Punches.
